Limeijia Elastic Embossing Coating uses special adhesive monomers and incorporates emulsion composite technology as well as ultraviolet-curing oligomer technology. It offers excellent adhesion and a soft film that retains superior elasticity and stretching performance even in low-temperature environments. With an elongation rate exceeding 500%, it can cover fine cracks on walls while providing decorative textured effects.

Supporting Coatings and Application Tools
Supporting Coatings and Usage
Primer: Theoretical consumption is 8-9㎡/kg (one coat). Actual consumption may vary depending on wallroughness or application methods.
Background Coating: Theoretical consumptionis 3-3.5㎡/kg (one coat). Actual consumption may varydepending on wall roughness or application methods (background coating isrequire for elastic embossing coating).
Elastic Embossing Coating: Theoreticalconsumption is 1.5-3kg/㎡ (one coat). Actual consumptionmay vary depending on the elasticity of the coating, Embossing effects, wallroughness, or application methods.
Line Coating (optional): Theoreticalconsumption is 80-100㎡/kg (one coat for line marking).Actual consumption may vary depending on the size of the divisions or the widthof the lines.
Finish coat (optional): Theoreticalconsumption is 6–7㎡/kg (1 coat). Actual consumption mayvary depending on wall surface roughness or construction methods (refer to theFinish coat product introduction for details).
Note: We will provide and confirm thenecessary coatings for your project based on your desired results.
Application Tools
Rollers, brushes, masking tape, protectivefilm, and textured rollers (apply the tools according to project requirements).
Application of Elastic embossing coating
Wall Inspection and EnvironmentalRequirements Before Application
The wall to be coated should already have aputty layer applied, with a firm, clean surface that is free of cracks, peeling, dust, hollowing, lime bursts, poorly adhered old coatings, and oilstains. The wall moisture content should be less than 5%.
The ambient temperature should be above8°C, with a relative humidity below 75% RH.
