Limeijia Non-Sanded Background Coating is an intermediate coating used as a background color for decorative effects in interior and exterior wall applications. It is composed of water-based composite emulsions, additives, fillers, and other materials. It features excellent adhesion, strong bonding, crack resistance, and good water resistance. The product combines waterproof properties with high elasticity, effectively preventing coating cracking and water infiltration into the wall.

Precautions During Application
Before large-scale application, test-coat1-2㎡ on the wall to confirm that the color and effectmatch the standard sample before proceeding.
For large-scale applications, perform linedivisions and use suspended platforms for construction to avoid pole markscaused by scaffolding.
It is recommended that the same batch ofpaint be applied by the same team of workers on the same wall to ensure consistentsurface effects and avoid uneven finishes.
Stir the product thoroughly before use. Userollers and brushes for application.
Application is strictly prohibited when theambient temperature is below 8°C, the relative humidity exceeds 70% RH, or duringrainy, foggy, or windy weather, as this will affect the formation of thecoating.
During breaks or after application, sealany unused paint tightly to prevent it from drying out in the barrel. Cleantools and clothing promptly; otherwise, dried paint will be difficult toremove.
It is recommended to reserve 3-5 barrels ofmaterial for future maintenance.
Coating Drying Time – (Under Conditionsof Above 8°C and Relative Humidity Below 70% RH)
Background Coating: Drying time is at least4 hours. Apply the next layer only after the background coating is completelydry.

Storage: Store in a sealed container in adry, cool place at a temperature of 5-30°C. Avoid frost and direct sunlight.
